Located conveniently for access from both Alicante and Valencia airports mid-way between the port of Moraira with it's picturesque marina and the resort town of Javea, Cumbre del Sol also features a private beach which is 5 minutes drive from the Villa.
Villa Martessa was personally designed to maximise the magnificent views especially the beautiful sunrise and sunset. With its full air conditioning and central heating this villa can be used in both summer and winter periods. The excellent managing company ensure your villa is in prestige condition with the beds being made up for your arrival and a small welcome pack. Outdoor living area
The terrace includes a covered naya , and is designed to make the most of the south aspects for year-round warmth and enjoyment of the fabulous views over the sea . This larger than usual terrace incorporates the 8 x 4m heated kidney shaped swimming pool, with roman steps and poolside shower. 6 Sun loungers, wicker chairs and dining furniture along with the stone BBQ make those glorious spanish summer evenings and al-fresco dining a real pleasure.

 

The open plan lounge / dining area has picture windows and patio doors which are designed to maximise light and sea/mountain views .Facilities include full air-conditioning and ceiling fans, 2 sofas,large swivel cane chair, and a beautiful indian wood dining suite for 6 people. The 32" LCD flat screen TV and DVD incorporates Sky Satellite with Family Package and sky sports. A PS2 is also available with a few games (feel free to bring your favourites). There is also a CD player with a selection of CD's. For wintertime, the central heating and beautiful feature fire place give it that homely touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could think of to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! (Indeed our guests have been so impressed that they have already booked again for 2007)
 

All 3 bedrooms have quality beds with English pillows and good quality linen. Air-conditioning / heating and ceiling fans along with plenty of wardrobe space all add to the comfort of your stay. A hairdryer is also available. A safe is provided in the Master Bedroom.

Master bedroom enjoys a Spacious King-size bed and luxury shower room with vanity units and feature glass-walled shower. Patio doors leading from the bedroom to the terrace give marvelous views on waking.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with a Double bed,and also has patio doors leading to the terrace.

Bedroom 3 has Twin beds and a portable tv.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom with overhead shower.

The villa also benefits from easy to open persiannas and Mosquito nets are also fitted to the windows, allowing fresh air in without any bugs.
We believe that this villa offers excellent value for money when comparing to villas of similar high quality design on Cumbre Del Sol.
Please note that although the villa is on one level once inside, it is accessed by several steps and unfortunately would not be suitable for mobility impaired guests.
A car is also recommended.
 

Please note that air conditioning/heating is included in the price. there is also a travel cot and stair gate available at no extra cost.Sky television with family channel and sports package Pool Heating has now been installed and can be requested at a cost of £50 per week.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area (with heater), sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, fishing, climbing, cycling, golf, tennis, scuba diving, shopping areas.
