casa josannah is a very large traditional spanish villa on a south facing hillside overlooking a pine forest and with stunning views of the valley below and the sea. peacefull yet only 3 minutes drive to the beautiful bay of El portet and its sandy beach which is a secret jem of the locals who live here.Also El portet beach has 2 small bar/resteraunts right on the beach side which has just had major upgrading and refurbishment. A real opportunity here to see a few celebs as many have homes in this area of Moraira.Moraira town and its large and safe sandy beach is 5 mins drive,here you will find enough quality bars and resteraunts to satisfyany taste,there are 60 in the centre alone and another 50 in the surrounding area.Moraira is fast becoming an exclusive resort with people realising what a quality holiday destination it is proving to be.  

casa josannah has 6 bedrooms,all large and comfortable,4 with luxury ensuite bathrooms.4 spacious double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a large bedroom to sleep 4 more than comfortably,3 bedrooms having tv/dvd facilities. luxury and space are the key features to this villa. well equiped kitchens and laundry rooms add to the easy living.there are 2 large living areas and dining areas with patio doors leading right out onto the patio and poolside from 1 of these.this property has been extensively renovated and offers modern day comfort and quality. 

stunning panoramic views are plentifull with lots of green before you see the blue of the sea.there is space for 4 cars and easy access for wheelchairs into the 1st level of this villa,however there are steps to the 2nd level and the pool.there is a 10m x 5m private pool with various patio areas, great for sunbathing by the pool.there is also an enclosed "open courtyard" that is perfect for relaxing away with a glass of wine and a good read. Also for 2008 we have created a "teenagers chill out area" where there is an area created with an "away from the adults" theme ,where they can relax,play table tennis,darts,punchbag,basketball, with table and chairs in the shade.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 3 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room number 2. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Sandra says: "This is a fab villa. It is situated in a very private and peaceful area. The journey up the hill to the villa is long but well worth it, as the views from the balconies are spectacular! The owner met us and showed us round and stressed that he was only a phone call away should we need anything further. We found the villa to be very well appointed. The furnishings are of a very high standard downstairs and more traditional upstairs. Everything you need has been thought of. Our party of 15 was aged from 4 - 76 years and everyone of us had a fantastic time. El Portet and its lovely beach is walkable only for the very fit but theres plenty of parking. Would love to go back one day to do it all again. "
