Our comfortable and spacious modern Villa is situated in a quiet cull de sac. 1.5 Km. from the Portet and Moraira Blue Flag beaches, which, gently shelve into the Mediterranean Sea. A quiet and child friendly location for that perfect relaxing holiday yet within easy reach of all local amenities.
The Villa has a separate television / family room together with a relaxing separate sitting room. Both rooms have patio doors giving direct access to the pool area. 

Moraira Village is a few minutes by car where you will find a good selection of banks, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. In addition to the large marina and seafront promenade you have the Old Castle with sea views of Calpe rock and beyond.

Javea to the north has a lovely beach together with a good selection of boutiques, restaurants and coffee bars..
To the South Calpe with its bustling fishing port is a short drive on the coast road and offers a large selection of fresh fish restaurants where you can choose your meal from the displayed dishes.
 

Within the surrounding area one can visit "Aqualandia" Water Park adjacent to "Sea World" and the nearby theme park "Terra Mitica". All of which have great appeal to children and adults of all ages. The area also has 2 Wildlife parks within easy reach.

Inland a visit to the old Moorish stronghold at Gaudalest makes a great day out.
 

Fully Equipped Villa with a private 9.5 x 4.5 meter swimming pool with Roman style steps giving easy access to the pool. The patio area has ample space for outside barbecue meals and sun loungers. We would ask you to bring all your own beech towels. The ones provided are for indoor use only. Please note that the bedroom listed with with single beds is actually fitted with 2 Bunk Beds To explore the region a car is essential

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the In the twin bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Any minor technical hitches (like when we unplugged the Sky box by mistake) were sorted out by John and Caz in a matter of minutes. The outside furniture was very high quality and made evening barbecues a real pleasure. We definitely plan to return next year, if not before!"
