This recently refurbished villa offers heating and air conditioned (up dated Aug 2007) accommodation for up to six people with two double bedrooms, bathrooms on the first floor and lounge/dining area and kitchen. On the lower floor is a completely self contained one bedroom apartment making it ideal for two families, families with older children or singles. The property is on a large flat plot, great again for kids and a big brand new pool and terrace. There are two other terraces to enjoy sun all day round, one directly outside the first floor and at the back of the property. There is plenty of room for two or more cars to park off road.

 

Moraira is a very pretty town roughly half way between Alicante and Valencia which retains a very Spanish feel. The town centre is within walking distance and there you will find an excellent beach, harbour, narrow cobbled streets and square with lots of shops and restaurants. If you're lucky to time your visit with one of the many fiestas you can enjoy the spectacle of the most amazing firework displays, parades and festivities. It is a good idea to hire a car and get out and visit nearby areas such as Guadalest, Altea, Javea, Valencia. There are also some gorgeous very traditional villages just half an hour inland.
 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, a zoo, a themepark.

Audrey says: "This was an excellent villa in perfect condition throughout. Plenty of space and fitted out very well. The pool was excellent and very welcome in the hot weather. The air-conditioning, unfortunately was unable to cope with the higher temperatures and it was better to leave the windows and shutters open than rely on it. A car is necessary in order to get around, but this is a very small price to pay for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come again."
