A two bedroom, two bathroom, fully air-conditioned lower apartment within a beautiful private detached villa just a couple of minutes drive from the Costa Blanca coast................
 

The apartment consists of the lower half of a private villa, situated in a quiet urbanisation just off the coast road between the towns of Calpe (6kms) and Moraira (5kms) and approximately 1 hours drive north of Alicante airport. It provides comfortable accommodation for up to four persons.

The owners live in the apartment above and, if necessary, are available to help with any problems whilst fully respecting the privacy of guests at all times.

The lower apartment is completely self-contained with its own entrance and guests enjoy exclusive use of the pool, terrace and garden areas during their stay.

There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and outside eating area), 10 x 5 metre private pool and large sun terrace with separate covered eating area. Also picnic/barbecue/garden area.

Bedroom one has a king size (6 feet wide) double bed, hot and cold air-conditioning and en-suite shower room with basin and wc. Bedroom two has twin beds and a separate shower room with basin and wc.

The newly refurbished kitchen has pine units with a modern worktop and stainless steel sink, gas hob, fridge and combined microwave/oven/ grill.

The lounge area has three-piece suite, fold up table and four chairs, Satellite TV and a Radio/CD player. It has full hot and cold air-conditioning.

Outside there is an arched naya (covered eating area) with table and four chairs and a large sun terrace with garden chairs and sun loungers, together with another covered eating area with large marble table and seats.

The 10m x 5m pool is entered via roman steps - depth ranges from 1 metre to almost 2 metres………this pool is for your exclusive use.

Barbecue/picnic area has pine table and bench seating, and is beautifully illuminated in the evenings.

Hot water, electricity, towels and weekly change of linen are included in the price. Air-conditioning units are seperately metered and charged as an extra when used.

The surrounding areas are well served with restaurants and bars, and a large range of sports activities including golf, tennis and water sports are available within a few kilometres.

A car is essential....as bars, restaurants and shops are not within walking distance.

Benidorm and the theme park "Terra Mitica" are approximately 30 minutes drive - the beautiful towns of Javea, Denia and Altea are all between 20-30 minutes drive. It is only a short drive inland to beautiful mountain scenery and typical Spanish villages.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
