The private pool mentioned is an ample whirl pool hot tub on the 2nd floor outdoor solarium. Relax in the clear water while you watch over the lake below. Property comfortably sleeps 6 (+ young children in cot - available on checkout page). Safe installed in master wardrobe for your valuables. Many other facilities such as fax are available at the main resort centre close by.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Ground Floor. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Dogs are not permitted on furniture or on the golfing green, and you must clean up after your dog and ensure it is quiet to avoid a noise disturbance. 

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
As the property features a bedroom, bathroom, kichen, lounge-diner, lakeside terrace, and good-sized doors, all on the ground floor, it is listed as suitable for wheelchair users. Please note however that there is a shallow step up to the front door, and over the patio doorframe. The bathroom wheelchair facilities are limited to standard bath handrails on the bath sides, whilst all light switches are within easy reach. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Sam says: "What can we say that hasnt already been said - this is a magnificent, contemporary villa, the view is to die for, and the hot tub is the cherry literally on top. We spent the hot days exploring the many pools on the resort, and the cool evenings lying in the hot tub looking over the moonlit lake and up at the stars. We found the restaurants to be excellent value for money, especially Bamboo by Gingko. The nearest beach was a 10 minute drive and had lots of space on it. This property is highly recommended to all."
