This is a tastefully furnished one level villa with air conditioning and electrical heating. The villa is composed of separate day and night areas. In the day area there is a large living/dining room with two tables (seating for 20+people), two sofas and tv set with dvd and playstation and a fully equipped kitchen. In the night area there is a corridor with two twin rooms, one bathroom and a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a large fenced garden paved in cotto with fruit trees (lemon, peach. cherry), an external shower (ideal when returnig from the beach) and two patios where you can have outdoor dining with our huge barbecue.
Parking place for two cars inside the garden.
This is an excellent base for day trips to Naples and the surrounding areas (Sorrento,Capri,Ischia,Positano,the Amalfi Coast,Pompeii,Herculaneum to name a few) or even to Rome.

The villa is located in a pinewood residential area ideal for short walks in the holiday seaside town of Baia Domitia.
Quiet sand beaches are at only 5 min. walking distance.
Also at walking distance there are several shops,supermarkets,bars and restaurants/pizzerias.
2 kms away there is the lively town center with more shops,markets,bars,seasonal cinemas and more.
For wine lovers there is very close one of the most famous wineries in Southern Italy,Villa matilde,where you can have tastings,dine and of course buy a few bottles to bring home.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, flying, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.
