Negombo lies on the west coast of Sri Lanka. It is the nearest town to Katunayka (Colombo) International Airport, within 10 minutes drive. It sometimes can takes 1 hour to 1 ½ hours to get to Colombo depending on the time of day of your arrive.
Negombo has its golden sandy beaches, its stunning beauty with both the sea and lagoon to add to its charm. It’s well known as a fishing port and famous for its lobster, prawns and crabs.

The beach area in Negombo are full of activities such as, Surfing, kite boarding, fishing trips, boat ride, swimming and river safaris to name just a few. With miles of powder fine golden sand and crystal blue water that stretches as far as eyes can see.

The house has a 8mt x 4mt pool and gardens, 3 bedrooms with en-suites, two rooms on the first floor and main bedroom on the ground floor. Guest toilet, dinning room , lounge and fully fitted kitchen.Off road parking. Space to ride a horse and sports court are also avalible  

Use of the sports court and riding is on your door step just inform us when you would like to use them.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
