Come evening, follow the crowds to the West End Cliffs. Enjoy a meal or watch the cliff divers and the stunning Caribbean sunset.

Unwind in the chilled out atmosphere or if you prefer, try something more energetic. Nearby activities include fishing, horse riding, snorkelling, parasailing or scuba diving. Negril Hills golf course is a short stroll away. 

The villa is set in a residential area. The site is about a half acre in size, with three other properties, (one unoccupied, the other by keyholders). Located ten mins drive from Negril centre, near to the Negril Hills Golf course, Sheffield. The keyholders, one a British trained nurse, will be happy to offer any advice or support to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Within a five minute walk you will reach local bars and restaurants. Ten minutes drive will lead you to Negril, seven miles of tourist bars, hotels and restaurants, plus the West End Cliffs.

Negril is home to well known all inclusive hotels. A day or evening pass can be purchased if you wish.

Excursions / trips can be arranged upon request. Popular trips include: Mayfield Falls River Walk, Black River Crocodile Park, Appleton Rum Factory, The Great Morass Walk or the Great House at Mo. Bay, reputedly haunted by the notorious White Witch.

Any special requests will be considered, for example, why not order your groceries to be delivered in time for your arrival.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

susan says: "This was our first time renting a house in a foreign country... and our 4th visit to Jamaica... we usually do the hotel/all inclusive deals. But this was a fantastic vacation and this villa was more than we could have asked for. the setting was great... the locals were wonderful and the property was so beautiful and quiet... with only a short trip to the beach every day... we loved the beach area but also couldn't wait to get back to our oasis from the hectic beach area. The villa was so clean and so well put together with lots of room for 5 of us to live together for week... we wish we could get back there sooner than later. The property managers were amazing and so helpful... we just loved Ms. Isobella and Mr. Jackson... they helped so much to make this a memorable vacation for our family!! I would recommend this property to everyone... especially for the people who want to feel a part of the Island... Negril is a great place to be... and I would go back to this villa in a second if I could.
