Pueblo Mediterraneo is a luxury family apartment,with sea views and sun terrace, is situated just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach and 15 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. Nerja is only 40 minutes from Malaga airport and within 1 hour from Granada and lies between small coves untouched by development and breathtaking mountain scenery. With its exceptionally good weather all year round, Nerja offers everything the holidaymaker could wish for. 

Lovers of the open air can enjoy the wonderful countryside, or activities such as fishing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, hiking, cycling, horse-riding and parascending are all available. Places to visit include Balcon de Europa, Alhambra Gardens of Granada, Aquapark and Zoo and the Caves de Nerja. There are 2 water parks in the area, 1 at Torre de Mar, the other at Almunecar, both within 30 minutes drive.

Nerja town, with its quaint, narrow streets and numerous restaurants, pavement bars and shops is approximately 15 minutes walk away. Local supermarkets are in easy walking distance. There is a small express supermarket located on beachfront ideal for top ups and a larger Supersol store located on the main road next to the sports club (10 mins walk). Nerja town centre is 15 mins walk.

Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. The Anoreta and Baviera Golf Courses are 20 minutes drive away from Nerja.

The Apartment is within 1.5 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the sun at Nerja late afternoon!. 

The sun terrace is furnished with table/chairs, sun loungers, parasol and BBQ. Your own personal sun loungers are available around the communal swimming pool (shared by 18 apartments). There is also a poolside shower and WC's.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 3 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, a museum, a zoo.
