The Penthouse is a fabulous family apartment with sea and mountain views. It is fully equipped and furnished to the very highest standard. It has 2 sun terraces and a magnificent roof terrace with kids paddling pool, gazebo, barbeque and shower, ideal for al fresco dining. The Penthouse is located on a quiet exclusive urbanisation 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. Nerja is only 35 minutes from Malaga airport and within 1 hour from Granada and lies between small coves untouched by development and breathtaking mountain scenery. With its exceptionally good weather all year round, Nerja offers everything the holidaymaker could wish for. 

Lovers of the open air can enjoy the wonderful countryside, or activities such as fishing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, hiking, cycling, horse-riding and parascending are all available. Places to visit include Balcon de Europa, Alhambra Gardens of Granada, Aquapark and Zoo and the Caves de Nerja. There are 2 water parks in the area, 1 at Torre de Mar, the other at Almunecar, both within 30 minutes drive.

Nerja town, with its quaint, narrow streets and numerous restaurants, pavement bars and shops is approximately 15 minutes walk away. Local supermarkets are in easy walking distance. There is a small express supermarket located on beachfront ideal for top ups and a larger Supersol store located on the main road next to the sports club (10 mins walk). Nerja town centre is 15 mins walk.

Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. The Anoreta and Baviera Golf Courses are 20 minutes drive away from Nerja.

The Apartment is within 1.5 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the sun at Nerja late afternoon!. 

The magnificent private roof terrace is furnished with a gazebo, kid's paddling pool, table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers and shower. There is a beautiful communal swimming pool. There is a kitchen terrace with sunloungers and a breakfast terrace with table and chairs.

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this penthouse.

The location of the penthouse means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

Close to the penthouse you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find climbing.

Rosie says: "The property was clean and very comfortable. The father of the owner met us and was very helpful. The only slight problem was parking and I think the details should mention that there is a rather steep curved drive to negotiate by foot after parking car. The spaciaousness and well furnished accommodation made up for the fact that we were a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. We are all senior citizens and so I expect younger families would not mind the walk. The roof top terrace is very large and on fine evenings very enjoyable. The kitchen was particularly well equipped for a holiday flat and there was always plenty of hot water.We already knew the area well and the apartment is well situated for lots of enjoyable outings and activities. Very good value indeed. We would certainly think about a return booking. "
