Our apartment is situated in Torrox Park, approximately 45 minutes from Malaga Airport between Torrox Costa and Torrox Pueblo in a peaceful urbanisation surrounded by well kept gardens. There is a large communal swimming pool about 50 metres from the apartment. There are no through roads through Torrox Park itself meaning traffic is kept to a minimum. Torrox Park is a low-rise development with many residents living there throughout the year. Torrox Park also has a restaurant offering excellent quality food, a bar and a bistro (also offering good food). There are also two supermarkets for daily provisions, a newsagent / internet facility and a hairdressers. We believe Torrox Park offers everything you need for a wonderful family holiday and is a lovely peaceful retreat at the end of a hard day in the sun or sightseeing.

The apartment is on the top floor of a two storey building and is approached via a short flight of stairs. There is a large shower room where we have also installed a washing machine for guests’ use. There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin and both have built in wardrobes. The main living area is open plan with dining area, two comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed). You will find an LCD TV (bring your own Sky card), DVD player and CD player (with I-pod connection) there are books, games and magazines for your enjoyment. The well equipped kitchen has full size oven with grill and a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer and microwave. There are plenty of plates, crockery and glasses for your use. The living room leads on to the large, private terrace where you will find an outdoor table with six chairs and also a barbecue for your use. We have furnished the apartment as if it were our permanent home and think we have provided all you will need for a successful self-catering holiday.

All guest are required to leave €50 at the end of their stay to cover cleaning costs. There are no other additional charges.  

Torrox Costa is a 2 minutes drive (or 20 minute walk) and has a lovely stretch of sand with a long promenade along which you will find many bars and restaurants which stay open late into the evening when the relaxing daytime atmosphere becomes much more vibrant and lively. Torrox Pueblo is five minutes in the other direction and is a typical white-washed working Spanish village with many squares and narrow streets to explore. Nerja is a short 10 minutes drive along the coastal road and here you will find everything you want in a larger, more established resort. There are two golf courses within a 25 minutes drive and a large retail park and waterpark are also nearby. Taxis and buses are easily available if you choose not to hire a car. 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving.
