This apartment has a great location being situated in the fashionable Place Messina Square. Many customers have praised how easily accessible most places are from the apartment. It really is in the heart of Nice. Step out the door and Nice is literally on your doorstep.

One of the building's exits is on the 'rue jean Medecin' which is the main shopping high street in Nice and boasts many department and designer stores as well as a large indoor shopping complex (mall). The other building exit brings you out on the 'rue messina' which is the main pedestrian street in Nice which has the many restaurants and cafes as well as designer stores.

The main Promenade and beach is a 2-3 minute walk while the beautiful 'old town' is around a five minute walk.

The apartment is situated in an old listed building which dates to around 1860. The building has recently been completely renovated in recent years and yet it maintains its old charm.

Parking in the street can be difficult in the vicinity of this apartment (because of its central location). Public underground parking is available directly outside the apartment. Car hire is also available in the same square as the apartment.
 

The apartment is furnished to a very modern style with all furnishings and fittings being new. The size of the apartment is around 50 square meters, it has a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen is new and has all new utensils, pots and pans as well as a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. There is also a coffee percolator, kettle and tea pot.

The lounge has a modern dinning table which will seat four people. There is also a sofa bed. For entertainment value there is a TV, DVD player and Stereo. There is a phone and fax (for incoming) as well as a printer, copier and scanner.

The bedroom is well lit and has all new modern style furnishings including a wooden spring double bed, a large wardrobe and a set of drawers. There are also bed side tables with lamps.

The bathroom has a strong shower, w/c, bidet and a large vanity unit.
 

On arrival at the apartment building you will be met by a representative who will take you to the apartment and answer any questions you may have about your stay.

This lady called Lorna is British and always very helpful in providing information about the area and places of interest.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, cooking utensils.

Fantastic Location in the centre of everything - 5 minute walk to the old town and on the corner of the pedestrian zone - what more could you ask for! Double glazing also meant there was no noise at all from the street. For those who know Nice will understand this means not being woken up by the street cleaning machines at 6 am each day! Very helpful owner was a pleasure to deal with. Would definately recommend a stay here."
