The patio doors from the master bedroom lead on to the pool with stunning views of the lake.
The other master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms one decorated with a Disney theme.
This villa offers you a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and full utensils.
There is a large lounge area with a patio door leading out to the pool.
A comfortable sofa is provided along with a large TV, cable, DVD, HiFi stereo, play station and board games.
The villa is ideally situated just off the highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants and other facilities.
It is also in the perfect location for travelling around Florida.
 

 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
