Indianridge is an award winning community and is situated only 5 mins. from the main gates of Disney, local restaurants and shopping. The new golfing resorts of Reunion and Champions gate is only 2 mins. away.

The beaches at Daytona and Tampa are just over and hours drive as is the Kennedy space centre and the Bush gardens theme park.

Orlando International airport and Sanford are approx. 40 -60 mins drive time from the villa.

The villa has two living-rooms both having Cable TV , DVD and seating to accommodate 8. There is a double sofabed in the front room which would sleep children if required but is not included in the overall acommodtion for 8. The two living rooms make the villa ideal for two families.

1 queen size bedroom,
2 twin bedrooms.
There is a travelling cot available at no extra charge and the use of a stroller.
There is a large games room with full size pool table, table top football game, electronic darts and many other games.

We also have a gas BBQ available free of charge, all we ask is you clean it after use.




 

There is a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area, the kitchen and utility room have been refurnished with new appliances and equipment.
The breakfast area overlooks the south facing pool.
There is also a formal dining-room able to seat 8. 

The extended pool and decking is completely private, not overlooked and very quiet backing onto a conservation area. The pool being south facing has sun all day but if it gets too hot there is a covered lani for some shade. There are sun-beds and chairs provided and plenty of towels. 

Free telephone calls anywhere up to 20 minutes each in duration. Games room. Extended decking and pool furniture Lanai. Gas Barbeque. Indianridge Community facilities include; Swimming Pool, volleyball, tennis, football and a large play area. Walking and cycling paths are situated close by.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the front family room to be used for extra space only. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.

Local Community centre ,out door pool, football, baseball, tennis courts and basket ball facilities.

30 mins to Seaworld and Universal Studios 60 mins to Bush Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and beaches
