Our villa is close to Disney World and all the major Orlando attractions and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, games room, outdoor heated swimming pool & spa, fully fitted kitchen and utility room.

One of the bedrooms is a king size master, one is a queen size master, and two have twin single beds sharing a further bathroom. Our villa is fully equipped including linens and towels, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave and much, much more.

Our games room includes 7ft pool table, children’s pool/foosball/glide hockey table, shuffleboard, dartboard and various board games.

The swimming pool and spa can be heated for year round enjoyment.

Televisions are provided in all bedrooms as well as the family room which also has a DVD, VCR and music system. The 2 master bedrooms have DVDs and 1 of the twin rooms has a Playstation 2 with games.

For younger families there is a cot with bedding, highchair, stroller & baby walker provided at no extra cost.

Our villa is the ideal base for your Orlando holiday. Everything you need is provided as well as things you probably haven’t even thought about!
 

The villa is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192. This is the west side of Disney World and is much quieter than International Drive or the Downtown Kissimmee areas.

There are many shops,restaurants, banks and fast food outlets all within 1-5 minutes drive. These include
Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn-Dixie (supermarkets), McDonalds,
Burger King, Pizza Hut and Chick-fil-a (fast food),with
numerous local and branded restaurants featuring food from all over the world.

There is a Walgreen's (chemist/convenience) store at the entrance to the Glenbrook community.
 

Our villa is part of the popular Glenbrook resort and our guests have full use of the resort facilities.. this includes a large pool, gymnasium, tennis and volleyball courts plus free high-speed internet access.

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find cycling, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Tim says: "Our arrival was a nightmare - the arrival instructions were wrong and had we not known Orlando we would have struggled to find the villa. We had been told to go to the Clubhouse to collect the key but we found that they no longer manage the property so we had to find the Glenbrook office with (again) poor instructions. As it happened two of our party had arrived early so we were able to do this - had we all arrived together after our plane was delayed for 6 hours, not only would the Clubhouse have been closed but so would the office. The villa was poorly stocked with necessities and we had to go to the Glenbrook office the next day to collect extras eg towels and wine glasses. The PS2 had no controllers or games - a great disappointment to my son. The patio door handles were broken and although we told the agent about this nothing was done and so the doors could not be locked during our stay. We were asked to wash the bed linen etc on departure but no washing powder was left."
