Thank you for your interest in our holiday villa in Florida. The villa is a two storey property, and is situated on the premier golf and country club “Southern Dunes” overlooking the “Tee” off position on the 3rd hole. It is a gated community, with only one entrance into the area which is manned with 24 hour security.

The house is a four bedroomed, three bathroomed property, with air conditioning/heating and will accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people. It is fully equipped with a cooker, large fridge freezer, washer, cooking utensils and crockery etc. Bathroom towels are provided, but we do ask that they are not used as pool towels or taken out of the house.

On the ground floor the entrance foyer leads into a spacious living area with cable TV, DVD/CD player and PS2 games console. There are a variety of DVD’s, Video tapes and PS 2 games provided along with a range of reading books for adults and children.
There is also a selection of board and outdoor games for your further enjoyment.
All bed rooms have cable TV with either DVD or VHS player.
The garage also has a fuzzball table, air hocky table and a dart board, along with outdoor games.

The dining kitchen gives access to the covered lania, with a private south facing screened pool and a range of patio furniture. A pool heater is available at an additional cost.

There is a ground floor double bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. This bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. The bedroom also has access directly on to the pool area.

On the first floor, the Master bedroom is en-suite, with his and hers wash basins, a large bath tub and seperate shower. It has a king size bed, cable TV, fitted furniture and a large walk in closet.
The other two bedrooms have twin beds, also with fitted furniture and drawer space. One of these twin rooms is decorated in a Disney theme. The third bathroom is also on this floor.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is situated in Davenport Nr Haines City off Route 27 near the junction with the Interstate 4, and is approximately 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes to the other theme and water parks.

At the entrance to the Golf Club, there is a large 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket for your provisions, a bank and just across the road there are a full range of restaurants and amenities.
During your stay with us on Southern Dunes you will have full use of all the club facilities including communal pool, recreation centre, tennis courts, restaurant, golf shop and clubhouse, as well as the golf course (course fee payable locally.)
The area is perfect for families eager to enjoy all the attractions that Florida has to offer as well as being able to just relax and enjoy this superb location with a host of other local attractions as well as the golf course.

Property situated on landscaped golf course in a relaxed setting with fantastic views all round. Situated on a large corner plot with grassed area to side suitable for children to play.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 4 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, golf, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a zoo, a themepark.
