Located just 10 minutes drive from Disney and 5 minutes from the nearest golf course in the quiet backwater of Grand Reserve, we believe our home has all the ingredients to make your Florida vacation unforgettable. Our villa constructed in 2003 comprises 2078 sq. ft. of living accommodation offering 4 large bedrooms, (master en-suite), a family bathroom, 2 lounges, a large family kitchen with breakfast nook, 2 dining areas and a 30 ft. heated swimming pool with views across a conservation area. Grand Reserve is a mixed residential and holiday villa development. As a consequence it is likely that you will not just be meeting other holiday makers but resident Americans whom we consider our second set of neighbours. You never know one of them may invite you around for a BBQ!

 

Just opposite the community entrance you will find a Gas Station which offers take away Fish and Chips and also has a line of favorite English foods. The Champions Gate development of shops which contains a supermarket and a McDonalds as well as a very nice Chinese, is a 5 Min. drive away.

Nearby is the newly constructed community of Champions Gate which has 2 championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman. If you like your golf you will no doubt be interested in playing on courses designed by Jack Nicklaus or maybe Tom Watson. Or you may prefer to play the course designed by Arnold Palmer! Whatever your preference, the nearby Reunion Resort has them all.

Accessing the villa could not be easier from the nearest international airports with Orlando International being approximately a 30 min. drive away and Tampa being within 50 min. drive along the I 4 interstate highway. Both the Gulf and the Atlantic Coasts are within an hour's drive along the well developed highway network. The location is therefore ideal for exploring further afield and accessing such attractions as Bush Gardens in Tampa and Cape Canaveral where the space shuttle is launched.
 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.

celia says: "Thoroughly recommended! This is a lovely villa in a typical Florida gated community. We stayed for 5 nights but wished we had booked for more. It was great. The home is very nicely furnished and perfect for a family or a big group. The pool and deck were lovely, even thought I did'nt book pool heating - being hardy brits we braved the cool water anyway. My daughter loved her room with her own cable TV after a long day out and about. Grand reserve is within easy distance of all the parks, Florida mall, and the famous highway 192. If you're looking for a combination of high quality accommodation and amenities - this is a great property at great value. Just wish I could transport the house to sunny south London.Have already told family and friends and hope to be back real soon! "
