This really is a truly stunning house based at Highlands reserve.

Newly decorated and revamped throughout.

In the family room there are 3 sofas and a large 46-inch TV and Dvd/video combi.

There is a formal dinning area and also a breakfast area, which boasts table & chairs and also breakfast bar with stools.

There are 2x patio doors out onto the pool area, which boasts an oversized pool, with sun beds and seating with table and umbrella.

We have tried to theme the rooms to make your stay a little more special, there is a Mickey room with Mickey mouse tv, video, princess with disney princess tv, video, golf room, and lighthouse/beach room with tv, downstairs 2nd master bed with tv, there is also a baby nursery that will sleep either baby or toddler as cot coverts to bed.

The Master bedroom is one of the largest I've ever seen and has own large on-suite bathroom.

 

The house comes fully furnished kitchen boasts all appliances. The family room has a 46'inch TV and dvd/video combi.

The master bed has own TV 2nd master bed with tv, Mickey room has Disney Mickey tv , video with 4 childrens cartoons and a Playstation 2with 6 games including Lord of the rings and Harry Potter, Princess room has Princess Tv & Video

House is equipped with baby items including a crib, highchair, travel cot/ playpen, monitors, baby walker and Graco car seat for 0-12months- ish so no need to pay $8 per day for one.

There is an oversized private screened pool with sun beds and seating with umbrella and table.

House has full laundry facilities.

 

Activities: There is golf on site, guests can hire clubs etc from golf shop, there is also a club house, comunal pool and children’s play area,Snack bar.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Downstairs. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find walking, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, flying.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: 04/24/2006 Wow we visit Florida every year. This was our 4th time in a villa and this has to be the best. It is a real home from home. We had lots of space and the kids loved it we didnt want to go home.
It's ideal for the parks etc and we will not be looking for a different villa for next year, we have found the one we will be returning too and Sarah was great could help enough. The phone call a few days after arriving really made us feel like they cared. Thanks
