Our brand new (2007) villa is located in the brand new Vizcay Resort just off Interstate 4 giving easy access to all local attractions and those further afield, including Cape Kennedy and Busch Gardens. A little further on from Busch Gardens is the area Clearwater and St Petersburgh – fabulous white beaches and warm waters. Florida’s climate is suitable for holidays at any time of the year and staying in Orlando means that any where in Florida is only a drive away.
The villa boasts a comfortable upgraded furniture package including 2 three seater settee's and 2 two seater settee's in the lounge and sitting areas with King and Queen size beds in the master and main guest bedrooms.
The villa includes a playstation 2 system with limited games. Feel free to take your own (or buy them out there to take home with you!)
An additional feature for your security is a fitted security alarm system.
This is a no smoking villa.
 

Just a 20 minute drive puts you in the centre of Disney World with Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot and of course The Magic Kingdom. Also in the area are Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, the two fabulous water parks. Downtown Disney, where you can eat almost any type of food and celebrate New Years Eve every night is also close by.
Universal Studios (be a film star!), Wet n’ Wild (a wild water park!), Discovery Cove (swim with the Dolphins!) and Pleasure Island with its thrilling rides (visit Spiderman and the Incredible Hulk!) are also within easy driving distance, as is City Walk with its many bars, Restaurants, Cinemas, Nightclubs and live music venues.
With the villa situated in a quiet location there is nothing better than to return to the villa and have a glass of wine or two by the pool to unwind.
There are no neighbours to the rear of the villa, just one either side which gives a little more privacy than most villas.
The quiet location also means you can get plenty of rest before the next big day out!
 

A car is essential, but don’t be put off by driving – all theme parks, restaurants and shopping malls have excellent parking facilities.
It is well worth downloading a map of Florida and planning a timetable for your visit. There are so many options - two weeks will never be enough!
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find swimming, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Many thanks for your kind review - it does help immensely to know that our guests enjoyed themselves.
We're unable to visit our villa as often as we'd like so are never quite sure if the management company that look after it for us are on the ball or not! It seems they are!
If you have any ideas as to further improvements ie phone numbers for restaurants, parks, car hire, better directions or whatever, or something we may have overlooked then please feel free to email me.
