Our villa offers all the comforts you require for a special vacation. There are 5 cable tv's, DVD with a huge DVD library.
All rooms are air conditioned and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and decor.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.

View over the lake is stunning and despite having neighbours pool area felt very private private and not overlooked. 2 master bedrooms have very spacious bathrooms. Found toddler equipment ( monitor, bed guard, door gate) extrememly useful and helped a trouble free holiday! Will definately return!"
