Pool and spa; the pool area is screened. An 8ft wide lanai spans the back of the villa to provide shade . There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a poolside snack or drink. The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Front room. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The rest of the stay was great. We much prefer the location. It was the first time we had been off 192. The closeness to Disney etc made a huge difference.

Wow! You really do have a beautiful home in Florida! We really enjoyed our
stay and we all thought the time passed much to quickly
We really had a great time, especially using the pool and hot tub. I think
my son could be in the water 24/7 !!! The location was also great to do a
lot of sight-seeing
We are now home again trying to get back into the
normal routine of life. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your lovely
