A Beautiful Holiday Home
Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa which is brand new for 2006, is situated at the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park.
Highgate Park is situated in a tranquil location, yet is only 12 minutes by car to Disney World and other major attractions.
Located in Davenport on Highway 27, just one mile from the western end of the US 192 and with-in easy reach of the Interstate 4, our villa is ideally located for your dream holiday.
You'll be able to relax around our large extended, south facing 15 by 30 foot SOUTH FACING pool and spa, but should the Florida sunshine become too much, retire inside where all the rooms are air conditioned and kept at a cool and constant temperature.
For those who enjoy a more active holiday, the majority of Orlando's world famous attractions are within 12-30 minutes by car, while the excellent road system means the Gulf coast beaches can be reached in 60 minutes, the Kennedy space center and East coast beaches in 60 minutes, and the airports in 30 minutes for Orlando and 50 minutes for Sanford.
Located just a short distance from Highgate Park you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, petrol stations and a Super Wal-Mart.
If you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are over 20 courses to be found within a 3 to 20 min drive including the award winning Southern Dunes and Champions Gate courses.

Great Room
Our villa has a large open plan seating area called the Great room. This spacious room contains 2 large luxurious sofas ( one of which converts into a double bed ), allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day.
To help keep everyone entertained there is a large screen cable Television, DVD player (complete with a number of films for both adults and children), a portable stereo system and a selection of family books and games.
Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck.
Kitchen
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher, Toaster and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning rises for the Theme Parks).
The kitchen which adjoins the Great room also has a large breakfast bar.
Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in a separate laundry cupboard. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
The kitchen has a telephone from which all local calls are free, and also provides free dial up internet access.
Dining Area & Breakfast Nook
Our villa has two dining areas, the formal Dining area and the Breakfast nook.
The charming Breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen and Great room. It contains a round wooden topped table and four chairs.
Located closeby, also adjoing the Great room is the Dining area. This spacious area has a large wooden table and 6 chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals.
Bedrooms
The villa contains four large bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms are master suites and two are twin bedrooms. Both master bedrooms have a large Queen sized bed, cable television, hairdryer, and clock radios.
The first master bedroom has a fantastic en-suite bathroom complete with a roman tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, separate toilet, and twin basins and vanity mirrors. There is no shortage of storage space with a large walk-in closet. The final touch of elegance is your own private access via patio doors out onto the pool deck.
The second master bedroom has ample storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers. The hallway leading up to the bedroom also leads to the homes second bathroom which contains a bath / shower unit.
Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds. A built-in closet and drawers in each room provides plenty of storage space. Located conveniently in-between the two rooms is a shared en-suite bathroom.
If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Great Room. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.
Games Room
To add to your enjoyment we have converted our large two car garage into a fantastic Games Room.
The room features a large Air Hockey table, Pool Table, Football Table and Dartboard. There is also a PlayStation2 games station.
Pool & Spa
Our luxurious villa has its own extended, south-facing 15 by 30 foot pool and spa, all available for your use. It is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai, providing welcome shade, and ceiling fans. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for September to April).
The spacious surrounding patio is furnished with high quality furniture including chairs, table, and sun beds, giving you the option of just lying back and soaking up the Florida sunshine, or sitting round the table to enjoy lunch and a couple of nice cool drinks.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
For those times when even swimming and sunbathing is too much, you'll be able to just sit back and relax in our luxury Spa, while a selection of pool toys are available to keep the children occupied.
A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place.

The website photographs did not do it justice, it was everything we had hoped for and more. From the neatly laid table to the helpful pool guy who came out when we had a problem; everything was taken care of. Midnight jacuzzis and early morning swims made the holiday more rellaxing than an Orlando theme park holiday usually is. Saving for next opportunity to return. Excellent!"
