Lindfields is one of the most popular and highly sought after premium developments in the Disney area, always popular, especially with Canadian, British and American guests. Beautifully presented natural Floridian landscaping is complimented by wide roadways, homes generally well set back on generous plots and excellent street lighting at night to create the relaxing friendly atmosphere and feeling of safety, so vital to your vacation enjoyment. As a mature, established community there is no likelihood of the major building disruption experienced on so many other developments.

Along with all of these benefits is the knowledge our villa, and Lindfields is one of only a very few developments that are genuinely minutes from all the “magic of Disney”, and all the other major area attractions, including Epcot, Pleasure Island, the Magic kingdom, MGM , Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, etc. Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks are close at hand whilst International Drive, Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet and wild are but a short car ride away. No surprise then that our villa has been popular!!

Lindfields is situated adjacent to Highway 192, where you’ll find a vast array of smaller attractions, gas stations, shops and supermarkets, together with just about every conceivable restaurant or diner so no matter what you taste or pocket – its’ here!! Shops abound and recent additions include Lowes and a Walmart SuperCenter !!!

Lindfields has excellent road connections from its Hwy192 location with easy access to Hwy 27, the Interstates (I4, I75), International Drive, and so whether its’ the shops, the coast, airport or simply exploring, all can be done with the minimum of unnecessary travel time. The Gulf or Gold Coasts (Tampa, Sarasota, Clearwater, Daytona) are but an hour away, whilst Miami, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and the Everglades can be reached in approximately three hours. Northwards, Georgia, famous for their southern hospitality and home of “Gone with the Wind” is but a few hours drive away as is Jacksonville – capital of Florida.

Golfing
For those interested in golf, the local area has over 150 amazing top quality courses. All in excellent condition due to the warm weather and competition to attract the golfer. Green Fees vary according to the season and there are often special promotions so it’s always worth a phone call first. No matter your experience or handicap there will be many courses to suit be it for a relaxing round or a more severe test on a National, State or Championship standard course. Within minutes of our villa play a PGA Qualifier, visit the Faldo or Leadbetter Institutes, play courses designed by Greg Norman, Pete Dyer, Nick Faldo and many more internationally renown designers. Buggys are provided and clubs can be rented so no matter if you didn’t bring your own.
 

Our beautiful large villa is over 2000 sq ft. High cathedral ceilings and a spacious open plan design creates a tremendous feeling of space and grandeur. Of course its’ fully air-conditioned with generous room proportions throughout so is ideal for the larger family or anyone simply wanting to spoilt themselves. On the ground floor we have two separate living areas with ample seating and sofas. A media centre with massive 52" widescreen TV, multiple cable channels, VCR, DVD player are all provided together with additional TV and telephone in the bedroom. An open plan dining area compliments the breakfast bar for informal dining and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave make self catering a breeze.
A separate utility area houses the washer and dryer for any laundry and ironing you may wish to do together and is adjacent to a separate washroom, and internal access to the double garage. All bed linen and towels are included with each rental. As a child friendly villa, pool alarm, cot and stroller are all included, as is a separate specially themed bedroom.
Completing the ground floor, the master bedroom suite overlooks the beautiful pool and patio, and is fully self contained with a Queen sized bed, TV, telephone, alarm and large en suite bathroom. A further 3 large and ample sized bedrooms, (2 doubles and 1 twin) and second bathroom are on the first floor whilst even the landing is large enough for a den with table and sofa! All bedrooms are carpeted, tastefully decorated in light airey colours, individually themed with co-ordinated bedsets, ample furnishings and offer that much needed nightly rest. Italian Ceramic floor tiling is used throughout the ground floor living areas.

 

Sliding patio doors from the living room lead out to the superb screened patio and pool area where you can relax, sunbathe, swim entertain or just simply chill in complete privacy as there are NO REAR NEIGHBOURS unlike the majority of villas. Just a great view over natural water and conservation. Tables, chairs, large sunshade and loungers are all provided whilst the screening allows the sun in but helps ensure that unwelcome insects and bugs stay out.
A larger than average pool of approximately 32 ft x 16 ft with a depth range from 3 to 6 ft with large steps for ease of entry and exit is the icing on the cake and can be used all year round. In the winter months pool heating is recommended to maintain a water temperature of approximately 80F degrees, A key attraction of our villa is its privacy. There are no rear neighbours, so no-one to overlook you and so is beautifully quiet, peaceful and relaxing – everything a holiday needs to be after a hectic day at the parks or shops!! Yet remember – it is also one of very few developments that are genuinely close to Disney!!!

A particularly important feature of the property is that it is not overlooked so offers exceptional privacy. Rear (pool & patio) view is over natural water and conservation.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
