Citrus Retreat has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite, a heated pool and games room and sleeps up to 10

For your entertainment besides the games room there is a TV in the living area and each of the bedrooms with cable providing over 60 channels.

A computer is situated in the kitchen area with free internet access. There is also a Playstation 2 with a small selection of games, a CD/radio, a DVD player and a selection of books and games.

Local and national phone calls are free and there is wireless internet access available.

Citrus Retreat is fully equipped with everything you may need travel cot, high chair and stroller.

All bathroom towels, linens and pool towels are provided for you.

The villa is fully air conditioned for your comfort and all bedrooms, the games room, living area and lanai have ceiling fans.

Our local property manager checks the villa before your arrival and is available 24/7 if you have any problems during your stay.

The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. While security in the area has not been a problem the villa has a 24 hour monitored alarm and a security safe for any valuable items.




 

The villa has 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite facilities. One master room has a king size bed and direct access to the pool area. Its large ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, large bath, his & hers vanity units and toilet. There is also a walk in closet with small safe.

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, built in wardrobes and a bathroom.

The other bedrooms are twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a bathroom between the bedrooms.

The spacious living area, which has direct access to the pool/lanai area, has plenty of seating for everyone and has a dining area adjoining it with seating for 8 people.
Also in the living area is a computer with free high speed internet access.

The kitchen is light and airy. All essential equipment is supplied and there is seating in the breakfast nook for 4 people.

Pool, air hockey, fussball, basketball and electronic darts are available in the games room. Ideal for evenings when the younger children are asleep or whilst waiting for all of your family to be ready for the theme parks.
The washing machine and dryer are also situated in the room.

The pool, which can be heated in the cooler months, has underwater illumination and is surrounded by a removable child safety fence. There is a large lanai area where you can sit in the shade and enjoy al fresco meals. There are also some sun loungers for those who like the sun.

Pool heat is recommended from October-April - if you are soft like us!

 

Orange Tree is a small development of quality homes situated close to all the major attractions.
Nearby are many restaurants and take-aways together with supermarkets and pharmacies.

A short walk away from our villa is a tiny tots play area. There are also tennis & basketball courts and a soccer field on this award winning development.

Only minutes away is Lake Louisa State Park where you can relax away from the theme parks and try, amongst other activities, horse riding, snorkelling, windsurfing and fishing.

There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive from Citrus Retreat.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, a theatre/cinema.

Orange Tree has tennis, basketball courts, a full size football pitch & two childrens play areas.

Doug says: "From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and cozy even though the home is very spacious. Everything was as described and well maintained. The layout of the home was impressive. We agree with our 4 children(6,8,13,15)..."This is awesome!". The pool and jacuzzi/spa are a must after a day at the theme parks. There are major grocery stores and eateries within 5-10 minutes. Overall an excellent value making for a wonderful stay. The only thing that I missed was having an adjustible gate at the bottom of the stairs to keep pets and small children downstairs."
