Ours is one of the largest 4 bed town house situated on Regal Palms Resort.
It is spacious and beautifully decorated.
The property contains 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a covered balcony area.
The Lounge/Dining area is open plan and very spacious with patio doors leading out onto a covered patio area.
The Kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Trash is collected on a daily basis.
There are towels and linen supplied.
The Resort is immaculately maintained and a truly wonderful place to vacation.

All guests have the full use of all the superb facilities of this Resort Complex. Its perfect for relaxing around the fantastic pool area on those days off from the hustle & bustle of the theme parks. There is a lazy river, water slide, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. For the more energetic take full advantage of the fully equipped Gym. The Spa offers a full range of Beauty Services at an additional cost Computer and Internet facilities available at the club house as well as a games room. The restuarant serves a full range of dining as well as a fully stocked bar

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Greatroom. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lesley-Anne says: "Home is conveniently located near to highway 27 with a 15-20 minute drive to Disney. In the immediate area and within walking distance, is a grocery store and a few eateries. The grocery store (Publix) was a bit on the expensive side. About 2 miles north on highway 27 was a Walmart and my recommendation would be to shop there if you have a car. The ease of check in and check out was great and the staff very friendly. The website pictures accurately describe the resort facilities, the pool was fantastic. The actual unit was clean and in great condition the owners have gone to lengths to ensure that it feels like “home” and not a hotel room. The only hotel-like service I missed was the refreshing of towels daily. So be prepared to wash the towels during your stay or bring your own to supplement. Overall, the unit was well worth the money( honestly I would have expected to pay more-for those amenities). Thanks for helping to make a great vacation. "
