Our villa is situated in the quiet estate of Hampton Lakes just off highway 27 in the Davenport area of Florida. All the attractions are within 30 Min drive and both the East and West coasts can be reached in an hours drive. The nearest supermarket is five minutes along the road, with the 192 a further 5 minutes on, offering a large and varied selection of restaurants if you wish to dine out.

Our air conditioned villa is a home from home in the sun. The villa can sleep 8 and 10 using a sofa bed. We provide all the linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and plastic picnic sets for use outside by the pool.

The four bedrooms consist of a master double bedroom en-suite with cable TV and a second double bedroom en-suite with cable TV. Leaving two twin rooms to make four bedrooms. A family bathroom is situated just outside the twin rooms. A formal dining area with a large dining table seating six and sofas including a sofa bed. The family room has a 46" TV with cable and a DVD player with sofas for everyone to enjoy the 90 or so channels on offer. Adjoining the family room is the fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons required to make your life easy and it has a small seating area as well. The french doors from the family room lead out to the patio area and the heated pool which is all screened. There is also a child proof barrier that is fitted to prevent any un-supervised access to the pool.

Recently added is a games room with a full size slate pool table, foosball table, electronic darts and a table tennis top for the pool table.


 

 

 

The pool is heated and screened. In the games room is a pool table, table tennis, electronic darts and some other games. The phone has free local and International calls.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the Dining area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: This is a truly beautiful house. From the moment we arrived we were thrilled with it. It was so spotless, clean and well presented. We all enjoyed staying here so much but doubt we'll be able to afford it again. We also got married here(Clearwater - Floating @ Tampa Bay) So our stay was even more special. We had a problem with the pool for a few days (pump and jets didn't work - but got sorted after 2 pone calls to Florida Choice, Thank you - fantastic place to stay!!!

We had a great stay here! Our 3 kids had a bal in the pool! In fact I'm sure they would have tured into fish had we not dragged them out. NP: with Pool. We even met the pool guy checking it. This is our 3rd time coming to stay in vilas and would love to come bakc if our budget allows. We stayed in this very area lasy year and truely love it. We came to take our children to the theme parks AGAIN !!! many thanks lots of love from the "STIRLINGS"

We truelly loved the house and swimming pool. "What a space" we had a wonderful time in Florida. Just as Hurricanne Wilma was passed we anded at Orlando. From that time on it was sun and fun.
Having been to Florida on previous holidays, this was by far our best and in a big way due to this lovely house with pool and games room, This was like having another attraction available. If we return to Florida we would love to stay again.

Your lovely home was just perfect for out family of six. I must recommend heating the pool if here in October, we enjoyed Universal studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World and Busch Gardens. If you like thrill Rides - Busch Gardents is a must - Sheikra!

This has been a wornderful villa for the week that we were here, used the pool in the mornings due to our busy days seing the sights again for the 5th year on our way for 2 weks rest at Hudson (Summit plummit is a must !!)
