Our beautiful and spacious Orlando Florida vacation home is located in the sought after Cumbrian Lakes resort. 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, swimming pool and spa with a secluded conservation view, this vacation home has everything you will need for a great holiday in Orlando.
Located in the quiet gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, a 10 minute drive from the Disney attractions, it also offers easy access to the airports and beach.
Backing onto a conservation area, the South East facing pool area has a refreshing spa, and can be heated (extra cost) during the colder months. Plenty of comfortable pool furniture means everyone can relax around the pool during those breaks from the theme parks. 

Our luxury double storey vacation rental villa has over 2400 square ft of living area, with five bedrooms, a beautiful Queen master suite, a further queen sized bedroom, double and two twin bedrooms, one of which is Disney themed for the kids.
There are two spacious living areas, one of which has a 30’’ widescreen HDTV with theater surround and looks onto the pool area, and the more formal lounge is at the front of the house for quiet relaxing.
Two dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen allow you to enjoy all the comforts of home. Upstairs a small games den with Xbox means the kids can enjoy a space of their own
For peace of mind the pool area is alarmed and there is also a safety fence around the pool.
New update - we have now have a games room with pool table, fussball and table tennis ! 

The villa is located around 10 minutes from Disney, and the other theme parks are around 20 minutes away. You can reach the beaches at Cocoa and Kennedy Space centre in around 75 minutes.
Of course the shopping areas are also within easy access he Millenia Mall and Florida Mall are around 25 mins away, and the Lake Buena Vista outlet area about 15 minutes away.
A car is essential, to get around, but everything is provided in our villa for your relaxing vacation - so sometimes its okay to relax by your private pool and spa.
For the golf addicts a public golf course is around 10 minutes away. Plus the shops and restaurants on the 192 in Kissimmee, including two Walmarts are less than 5 minutes drive.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

Claire says: "We found this villa to be perfect. The directions were easy to follow, collection of keys etc. The villa was clean, full of amenities, spacious, very well located and very accomodating. I particularliy liked the owners attention to detail. ie cd's, dvd's and books re Florida for our use. Although this is not a complaint, I did miss having a radio in the kitchen. We would recomend this villa for sure, and would love to return to it again some day."
