Our luxurious villa is located on the exclusive resort of High Grove a beautiful gated community of Mediterranean style villas.
Comprising of high quality, executive villas in a lovely peaceful Setting, yet only a short distance from the many golf courses, shops and restaurants, located in a ideal position at the junction of highway 27 and the “192”.

Why be squashed and cramped in a motel room or a small villa when you can have a 5 bed 3.5 bath 2.700sq ft fully furnished, air conditioned villa that sleeps 10, (no need for a sofa bed).

Staying in a villa is a great way to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, imagine you could be having breakfast on your own patio or chilling out with a nice long drink by the pool after a hectic day at one of the many theme parks.

A villa vacation gives you the freedom to set your own timetable and allows you to come and go at you own pace.

Florida is perfect for self catering holidays, with an abundance of restaurants and supermarkets close at hand.

A villa allows you to combine all the holiday luxuries you love, with everything you need for a super holiday in the sunshine state.
The villa is less than 10 minutes from Disney World and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and less than one hour to the Space centre or around 1.5 hours to the Gulf coast.

Guest’s staying at High Grove also have the added benefit of free entrance to The Bahama Bay Resort which is a themed five star Caribbean resort with excellent facilities.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding.
