**Luxury lakeside villa close to Disney**
Our fabulous villa is at Lake Wilson Preserve, which is a new development of 96 mediterranean style houses set in a peaceful location.
Our villa has a wonderful outlook over a small lake where you can spot lots of wild birds and maybe the family of otters that often live there.
The lanai has lots of sun loungers to soak up the sun or you could have a dip in our pool.
There is also a BBQ for outside dining and a volley ball net and other pool toys.

Accomodation
Our villa has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom.
The living area is comfortable and entertaining with a playstation 2 (and games) DVD player with lots of family dvd's and cable T.V.
If you prefer listening to music we have a CD player with lots of varied CD's. There are also board games for the children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. There are laundy facilities in the garage.
We have a games room which has a pool/table tennis table and a darts board.
We also have baby equipment *FREE* to use during your stay.
