The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 single and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pat says: "We've only been home two days and can't wait to get back.The best holiday ever, we went as a party of 30.Our accomodation was immaculate and having the facilties of the games room when we were exhausted after doing all the parks in seven days was a god send.The location of emerald isle is so close to disney and the other parks that it is literally only five minutes away. It's also true that you can watch the fireworks from your pool as we did!! Would recommend this location 100% the best holiday ever.
