Palm tree villa – A beautiful air-conditioned, 3 Bed, 2 Bath home which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is located in a small, quiet, residential area just 15 minutes drive from the main entrance of Walt Disney World.
The Villa is located less than 15 minutes from the gates of the Disney Magic Kingdom Theme Park and is well equipped to for you perfect Florida vacation.
Palm tree villa is part of the Davenport Lakes Homeowners Association and owners and guests are allowed access to the recreation area at the Lakeside. This area contains a floodlit tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and a picnic area adjacent to the beautiful lake. The area is located at the foot of Allison Avenue, only ten minutes walk from the villa. The pool and tennis court can only be accessed with the key to be found in the kitchen of the villa. Nearby are plenty of golf courses. Wal-Mart Super Center and Publix within five minutes of home
The villa has its own private, mesh screened pool which enjoys a high level of privacy due to the numerous shrubs planted in the back garden, and it's own private fencing. There is also a lanai (covered area) providing both shade and shelter, withceiling fan .A full set of luxury patio furniture is provided including loungers, chairs and table. there is also an outside shower.
The interior of the villa includes a comfortably furnished lounge where guests can spend evenings relaxing and reliving the excitement of their day. There is ample seating, a television with numerous cable channels.,DVD player and a PS2 for the children toplay on. This light and airy room has a lovely view of (and access to) the pool
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer complete with ice-maker, a full sized cooker, a microwave oven for those last minute meals and a dishwasher. The fitted cupboards are well stocked with glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
The master bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa. This private, comfortably furnished room contains a queen size bed and bedside tables. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and separate toilet facilities
