We have now changed our 4 bedroom villa to a 3 bedroom villa by adding a fully fitted air conditioned games room.

Also we have added a separate pump to the spa section of the pool turning this into a jacuzzi for that extra luxury.

We have installed a 52" wide screen TV in the villa too, which will soon be featuring ENGLISH PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL, RUGBY AND MANY MORE SPORTS.

The rear of the villa houses the private heated pool that overlooks a conservation area with a cul-de-sac to right that only services 6 other villas. This offers 90% absolute privicy

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

06/04/04 Positive We did a lot of Internet searching before choosing this villa and we were not disappointed. The villa is beautiful, spacious and has everything one might need (even down to a cooler bag for those essential ice cream purchases!!). The swimming pool is superb, the PC and Internet facility very handy, and free calls an added bonus. The villa is in an excellent location - quiet but not far from the main attractions. And last but not least, Phil and Debbie were very kind and helpful and left lots of useful tips. Would love to go back one day!

04/14/04 Positive What can I say? I have travelled all over the world and stayed at many different hotels on business. This was my first holiday with the whole family and I wanted somewhere that wasn't going to get in the way. Wanted a home away from home. We are in the computer industry and needed online access. Phil kindly sped up the DSL installation for us and when we got there we simply plugged it all in for him and us! It was a joy to speak to someone that was real and operated in the world of customer service. At the end of the day, the holiday was fantastic, the villa being the stable foundation to which to base everything from. If after a hard days trek around Disney and what have you, you need a place to come back and relax. Phil has a wonderful villa that does that and more. Highly recommeded and will not be looking around the next time, we are heading back there.

I had a great time in your villa - nothing broken, split or lost. The only problem I had was that I couldn't get the bath jet thing to work but that's not even a small deal.

Having the pool heat was perfect and I covered it every night for an early morning dip. I met the pool maintainence man and the English chap who cleans the pool. Both were very friendly, informative and helpful and provided a useful diversion.

I have stayed in a number of villas over the years and prefered yours to the vast majority of others. Equipment, facilities etc were great. So thanks, hopefully I'll get a chance to go again.

02/04/03 Positive To say the least we were a little uncertain about booking a villa over the Internet. The photos look great - but what about the reality? We needn't have worried - the Howards have a wonderful villa which became our home for two super weeks. Phil and Debbie are VERY friendly and keen to help with your queries. The website really doesn't do the villa justice. We were disappointed when we found that it is booked this year for our holiday dates - we are struggling to find one as good...or as reasonable. Don't hesitate - BOOK IT!
