The Villa is ideally situated close to Interstate 4 for easy access to all the parks, Disney, Universal, Sea world, Busch Gardens etc. With restaurants and burger bars close by, you can eat out all the time, or 10 minutes up the road there is a 24hr Walmart supermarket where you can stock up and eat in. Disney world and Hwy192 with all its restaurants and attractions are both 10 mins. drive. The Villa is on a new development, which is a small mostly residential and gated community.

The pool has a safety fence to keep small children away from the pool when it is not in use.

Our Management Company have items for hire, like golf clubs and sporting equipment, plus items for babies and young children 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Second Lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Our villa is on one level. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, flying, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
