The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Den - Upstairs. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Graham says: "The property was very good value for money. It was an excellent size and more than comfortably catered for our party of 10 (6 adults & 4 children). The children especially loved the pool. The whole party thought the villa was ideally situated, for all the attractions, and transport links to and from were excellent. The description of the property was extremely accurate, and the photos spot on. Any faults reported were looked into and rectified in a speedy manner, although some aspects of the property were starting to show there age, and some wear and tear on some of the fixtures and fittings was noted. However, we would certainly recommend the property friends. "
