Luxury Villa in Kissimmee
Located in the centre of Kissimmee, this beautifully decorated bungalow style home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large private pool and Jacuzzi, which can both be heated if required for a small fee. Ideal for a large family or two families to share, the villa will accommodate up to eight people.
The villa is situated on the private estate of Seasons. Although surrounded by a rural environment, you are never more than 3 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket, Wal-Mart. There is a substantially sized lake in the centre of Seasons, where you can take a leisurely stroll and be amazed at the variety of wildlife. (Don’t worry, no crocs or gators will be encountered!!!)
Inside the villa you will find almost every modern amenity that you would need to make a perfect vacation. There are two lounges, one equipped with a television and DVD player and the other for some quiet time. The kitchen is packed with appliances to make cooking that perfect family meal or preparing the simplest snack a breeze. Choose to sit in the dining area, breakfast nook or even outside by the sparkling pool whilst soaking up some rays.
Outside you will find a private screened pool and Jacuzzi for those days when you just want to do nothing. Sun lounge’s and a large deck area will make it easy for you to top up that tan. The deck area also has a removable safety net for the smaller children if required. Out front, you will find a beautifully maintained garden with off road parking and a double garage.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and separate WC. Walk through to the large walk in closet for somewhere to store all those great holiday bargains! The second master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The two other bedrooms, one double and one twin, share the main bathroom. All bedrooms have large built in closets.
There are washing facilities on site. You will find a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels and linens are provided by us.
Situated under 10 minutes drive from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea
World and only 45 minutes from either the Atlantic or Gulf Coast, this villa is in the perfect location for any type of holiday you have in mind. Shopping centres and discount brand-name outlets will help you shop ‘til you drop. Fancy something a bit different? Kennedy space centre is under one hour’s drive from the villa, and if you’re lucky enough, you may even be there for a shuttle launch.
