Our brand new villa is situated on the exclusive Seasons development in Kissimmee. We are just 10 minutes from Disney and close to restaurants, shops and Celebration. Our heated pool and spa is not overlooked - you can sunbathe and relax in private! Featuring exclusive designer furniture and air conditioning throughout, our property has 2 master double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and cable TV. The other 2 bedrooms are both twins, one of which has a Disney theme. The fully equipped open plan kitchen includes a family breakfast area, which leads to the living area (Cable TV,DVD,Playstation and FREE wireless internet access). From here you can gain direct access to the private heated pool and spa with luxury pool furniture. Our formal dining room and lounge is ideal for adult relaxation 24/7. Our telephone service is FREE for all calls, local and long distance!!
Our games room, for both adults and children, features table football, table tennis and a pool table.
All linen and towels are provided, and there is a full size washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Hair dryers are supplied in both master bedrooms. 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
