There are several golf courses nearby - with the new Champions Gate course, designed by Greg Norman, within 5 minutes drive.

The villa is situated in pleasant rural surroundings to the southwest of Kissimmee, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and will sleep up to 12 people. All living space is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. There is an alarm system installed for your security.

The west facing pool and patio are accessed via the family lounge area or the pool bathroom. The 30'x15' swimming pool is fully screened and can be electrically heated, if needed, for comfort. It ranges in depth from 3' to 6' and can be illuminated at night. The patio area has a table and chairs, including sun-loungers where you can relax and unwind. There is a removable child safety fence around the pool and alarms on the doors. Cot and barbecue facilities are also available.
All local telephone calls are free of charge and long distance calls may be conveniently charged to your credit card.

The pool can be heated if required for an additional charge.

 

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin and 3 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We found the villa to be very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family group. We immediately felt at home. Everything in the villa is nicely set out and met all our needs. The pool was super and doing the barbecue was so easy. Public shops are excellent and so close by, together with food outlets for pizza, Chinese food and subways.
