Our larger than average (over 3500 sq ft) five bed roomed house is built over two floors in the gated community of Tuscan Hills, and is only 10 minutes drive away from Walt Disney World.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with king-size bed. A large living room and the family room are separated by a breakfast nook. In the living room one of the sofas converts into a queen-size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, and dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils and china & cutlery to cater for 12 people.

There is a separate utility room with a washer & dryer
Upstairs there is a further en-suite bedroom fitted with a king-size bed, a further double bedroom with a queen-size bed, two twin bedded room and a third bathroom.

In the rear garden, we have a large screened private swimming pool & Jacuzzi with covered lanai and furnished with pool furniture making it ideal for relaxing after an energetic day at the theme parks, shopping or playing golf at a near by golf course.
There is also access to a further WC/shower room.

The double garage has been converted to a games room, and is equipped with a “Foosball” table & a snooker table.

Tuscan Hills is situated on Highway US 27 near the junction of the 192, in gently undulating countryside with a mixture of old orange groves, grassed fields & low woodland, but is only minutes from Walt Disney World. It is a private, secure gated community of 160 houses each with a private pool.

Our guests have use of the sites own Mediterranean 2700sq ft. club house which includes a fitness room, an indoor child's playroom, and a large communal lounge with internet access, a covered lanai overlooking a tennis court, sand volley ball court, a “Tot-lot” and a palm garden.
 

You will need a car to get about the area, though there are plenty of taxi services.
The nearest supermarket is about 200 yards down the US 27, and the nearest ATM - a drive through ATM, is about 200 yards in the other direction
The nearest restaurants are only a few minutes drive away. The 192 has a great variety. My family enjoy breakfasts at Crackerbarrel, but you can get fed, cheaply, all day. 

The en-suite bedrooms have king-size beds, the other double room has a queen bed. The garage has been adapted as a games room, with snooker table, foos ball, air hockey & a Dart board. The swimming pool has a spa. We have three separate indoor seating areas and a PS 2 for the children, TV's in all bedrooms, and wireless internet.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum.
