The property has 2 Master Ensuite bedrooms with full bathrooms & dressing rooms, 2 Twin bedrooms with shared full bathroom. It also features a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, dining area, family room, formal seating & dining room and utility room. The property sleeps a total of 10 people.

The outdoor pool, spa & Jacuzzi (with optional heating facility – at extra cost) is not overlooked to the rear and features a child safety fence for your peace of mind. We have provided pool toys/games for your enjoyment.

The family room is equipped with a 32” LCD HD television with cable, Playstation©2 and games, DVD player and films.

We have taken every care possible to fully equip this home to a standard that befits such a high class property, it is our holiday home as well as yours so we have furnished it with the finest quality Italian furniture.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
