Our beautiful Orlando villa near Disney comes with its own 26 foot private pool and spa - ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the theme parks! Comfortably accommodates up to 12 people - ideal for families and friends alike. If required, we can even provide a cot, high chair and other baby accessories for the little ones free of charge.
 

A whole host of family attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World and Wet N Wild to name but a few are with-in 20 miles, as are over 20 quality golf courses which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate. The new Posner Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema is just 7 miles further down the Highway 27.  

The villa has its own 26 foot pool and spa. There are extra facilities for babies including cot, high chair, baby gym and steriliser. The gym, tennis court, wifi hotspot (own laptop required), pool table, air hockey, table football and kids playground are communal facilities at the clubhouse.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
