Tuscan Hills is the perfect location for visiting all the many Orlando area attractions. Disney World is only 15 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World 20 minutes.
Golfers will be delighted to know the Orlando area boasts some of the finest golf courses, many of which are located very close to Tuscan Hills where membership is not essential - pay and play, including clubs hire is available.
A variety of restaurants are situated minutes from the villa with a more extensive selection available in nearby Kissimmee.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the The Den, Living Room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, walking, cycling, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, historic sites, a museum.

Hot air balloon companies operate in the orlando/kissimee area - highly recommended.
