Our home is situated on Manors South at Westridge on highway 27. Close by are many stores and restaurants for all to enjoy. Approximately 5 minutes drive to Walmart and publix supermarkets. Also in the area are some fantastic golf courses including Highlands Reserve, Championships gate and Reunion. This villa truly is a great base for those fantastic Florida vacations that all the family enjoy. 

Our home is furnished to a very high standard offering all our guests comfortable and executive accommodation. The Family room has T.V with digital cable including both U.S/U.K programmes and a DVD which plays both U.S/U.K DVD’s. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and laundry facilities are available. Also for the children to enjoy is a PS2 and a fully equipped games room with pool, darts, pinball and air hockey. There is also a formal lounge and dining area. Here you can relax and have total peace and quiet.
The pool area is screened and not overlooked. Two waterfall features enhance this area as well as the landscaped gardens. Also available to all our guests is a gas grill/BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining.

 

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom consists of a Garden tub and separate shower unit. Also in this room is a T.V with cable and DVD player.

The guest room offers a queen size bed with en suite facilities including tub and shower. Also in this room is a T.V/Video with cable.

The 3rd bedroom is a twin bedded room.

The 4th bedroom includes a bunk bed which sleeps 3 people.

The accommodation is great for two families that wish to vacation together.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in the 4th bedroom. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, a theatre/cinema.

Ove says: "The villa was nice, and the pool area was beutiful. However it did not meet our expectation due to a pool heating problem (the pool heat was set at 67F, and the heating unit did not work if the outside temp was below 70F). We only stayed here for three nights, so this problem would probably be rectified if we were here longer. And we also booked just the day before arriving, so the system did not have enough time to heat the pool. But there should have been a pool blanket to save the heat, both for the owners energy bills and the renters morning swims. Another issue is that the house could be better cleaned. This was rectified on our day of arrival, but I suspect that the managment company and cleaners are not doing a very good job for the owners. The house could have a throughout cleaning like, "once-a-year cleanout" to get rid of dust on top of closets, fridge and flowers. The BBQ grill was dirty (molded food stains) and we did not want to use it because there were no tool to clean it. The bottom of the pool was also a little bit dirty (sand and dust mostly because it had not been used for some time?). Personally I do not like to sleep on plastic covered beds. I understand this is a courtesy of the guests if anyone are having a "accident". But it makes me sweat more during sleep, and it makes a lot of noise when moving around in bed. The villa was good looking and situated. The owners seemed very nice and helpful, and could of course not rectify all the issues mentioned for our short stay. I suspect that they could choose a better managment company to look after their villa, and I recommend to get rid of the plastic covers for the beds. So basically the villa has great potential, and I am sure that the issues I have mentioned will be taken care of. And I would recommend it to a friend because it is good value for money, and my friend would of course check if my issues has been taken care of by the owners. Ove"
