This is our Villa in Indian point Kissimmee Florida , about 15 minutes from the Disney Magic Kingdom, we welcome you to our home in the sun, and hope you enjoy your holiday with us . The Villa has four bedrooms a dining area , a nook for breakfast , two bathrooms, a large living area with cable TV a large private heated pool and a games room.

About our Villa , it is fully airconditioned and consists of a Lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room , four berooms, and two bathrooms , all with luxury furnishings, and equipped to a high standard, a cot and high chair are also available at no extra charge, You are asked to provide your own cot linen , our Management company will wash all linen and towels on your departure.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, featuring a large corner bath and a seperate walk-in shower, it also has cable TV and Telephone (free international calls ). furnished in the Floridian style

The Other bedrooms consist of luxury beds and furnishings with cable TV and DVD player, they all have walk-in wardrobes , all are furnished in the Floridian style

The Lounge/Diner is furnished in the Floridian style it is spaceious and comfortable ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at the parks, there is cable TV and a hi-fi system for your enjoyment .

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer dishwasher ,cooker , microwave a toaster and coffee maker , and all utensils and crockery that you require, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room, the garage has been made into a games room with American Pool table and Air hokey table , Tennis rackets are supplied for you to use in the community tennis courts.

At the rear of the Villa is our own Private heated pool with toddlers pool attached situated in a large patio area with sun loungers and chairs for your comfort,
ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA ARE ALARMED FOR YOUR SAFTEY 

A travel cot and high chair are provided if required at no extra cost. Please bring your own cot linen and beach towels.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in bedroom four. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
