The community of Creekside, Kissimmee, is a peaceful residential area and yet only a couple of miles from all that Orlando has to offer.


 

This is a Fantastic 2-storey, Fully Air-Conditioned, 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom Villa providing you with everything you will need for comfort during your stay, with approximately 2000 sq ft there is ample accommodation for two families. On the ground floor you will find a relaxing Lounge Area offering modern furnishings, Cable TV, DVD and Video. There is a large Kitchen & Dining Area with patio doors leading to the poolside with a 30' swimming pool for your very own private use (Pool Heat Optional). The Kitchen Area is well equipped with full-sized cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and large fridge/freezer; Whilst in a separate Utility Room you can find a large washer and dryer for your personal use. The Master Bedroom is located on this floor and offers a Large Walk-In Closet & En-Suite Facilities, with garden tub bath, His ‘n’ hers wash basins and oversized, walk-in shower. For ease and convenience there is a separate cloakroom/wc on this floor. Upstairs provides three further bedrooms along with two bathrooms, a Double Bedroom with Cable TV; plus 2 Twin Rooms. The sparkling Pool & Deck Area is well furnished decking for relaxing by the pool and for dining outside a barbecue is offered ‘Free of Charge’. The pool can be heated if required and underwater lighting for night time swimming and entertaining. A fantastic place to relax and cool down after the long days at the theme parks!!

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach.
