You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even an electric can opener. There is a washer, dryer, bath towels, bed linens, housekeeping small amenities, vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer. An alarm clock radio is provided, along with remote control cable TVs featuring free HBO, ESPN, and CNN.

Only a few steps away is our fabulous clubhouse, where you can take a dip in the community pool, work out in the fitness facility, check on your email at the Cyber Cafe, or order a refreshment at the Tiki Hut. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the family rom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
