Cumbrian Lakes is a delightful, gated community with walks, lakes, lots of birds and other wildlife and its own childrens play area. It is quiet and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from a host of restaurants and shops. It is a wonderful location with everything to make your holiday perfect.
Our villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom property which has a lovely private pool deck overlooking a wooded conservation area.
The pool is larger than average and the south facing deck offers maximum sunshine all the year round.
The covered lanai is lovely if you prefer shade, with plenty of chairs and loungers. 

The living area is light and spacious with sumptious furnishings. There is a large screen TV with DVD, VCR and Hi-Fi. The queen-sized sofa sleeps 2 in comfort. The patio doors open on to the sunny pool deck but the doors are alarmed for child safety.
We have a Master bedroom with Queen size bed and luxury en-suite bathroom, a 2nd Queen sized room with its own bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms, one themed for children.
All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans for your extra comfort.
There are 3 bathrooms - master with corner bath and shower, a 2nd en-suite bathroom with full sized shower cubicle.
3rd bathroom with bath/shower over.
There is a separate w.c. on pool deck  

The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge freezer with ice maker, full oven and hob. Lots of kitchenware for the needs of all the family.
We also have a new games room for even more entertainment. There is a pool/air hockey table, a table football game, a golf putting mat, an electronic darts board, and several board games.
We also provide a cot, highchair, car seat and a stroller for our youngest guests.
We provide plenty of towels and linen. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. The villa is cleaned thoroughly before and after each rental.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
