Situated on the edge of the subdivision, it backs onto a high wall which allows privacy and security. This villa has it all, with all the home comforts, including air conditioning, cable TVs, VCR/DVD, CD Player, and security system, it is the ultimate in Florida vacation home!
 

Double front doors lead to a tiled Foyer, then through to the great room which overlooks the pool deck. Beautifully furnished and decorated from the tiled entrance to the king sized master bed. The family room's open plan layout allows you views of the shaded lanai and pool deck, with its crystal blue pool and inviting spa, a sun lover’s paradise, and a perfect place to spend warm evenings with a glass of your favorite wine, with your favorite person! There is also a half bath outside on the pool deck, so there's no need for wet feet in the house. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, has a breakfast bar and also overlooks the pool deck.

The villa has fantastic family accommodation: there are two master bedrooms with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom, making this home perfect for two families to share on vacation. It will comfortably sleep 8 and can accommodate up to 10 people. Note the rates are per property not per person and is inclusive of all local taxes.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
