Our luxury, three-bedroom villa in the rural villa community of Doral Woods, Kissimmee, FL, is available for rental for your Orlando area vacation. With a south facing, completely private and unoverlooked swimming pool and local scenery to die for, you'll feel right at home here, just a few miles from all the major Kissimmee attractions (including Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld), yet away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, more tourist-orientated villa communities along the US192 / Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.

The villa is fully air conditioned (which does not have the unpleasant dry 'hotel' smell to it) and all rooms have roof fans for your comfort. It has a covered Lanai, 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) a living room, family room, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room and games room with pool, Fosball, Air hockey and electronic dart board.
A gas barbeque is also supplied.

This villa is fully compliant with Florida State Regulations for Rental Properties – Department of Business and Professional Regulation (Division of Hotel and Restaurants).

 

The villa sits on half an acre of land and has its own lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, which you are more than welcome to indulge on. The driveway has sufficient space for two vehicles. The wildlife in the area can be entertaining to watch and to listen to, especially first thing in the morning. The insects in the surrounding woodlands make a noise that can only be classed as an experience at dusk! In the middle of the day, you will often see a lizard or two baking in the sun on the pavement or wall.

Doral Woods is a quiet, select and well maintained area set in a conservation and wildlife corridor. Primarily built with permanent residents in mind, the location is ideal for a quieter 'home' while you are away. Our villa can be found in the quiet villa community of Doral Woods, tucked away on South Poinciana Boulevard, yet still only 15-20 minutes from Disney - perfect for a middle-of-the-day rest break from the theme parks, and a real opportunity for relaxation by the unoverlooked south facing pool away from the busier roads of the more northern communities.

With a choice of Wal-Mart stores on the US192 and a Publix just minutes away in Poinciana town, you are never too far from a supermarket for the essentials (and luxuries) you require. Mailboxes are blue, normally bearing the USPS arrowhead logo, and are located throughout any area you are in. The nearest mailbox to the villa is literally a short walk, just three properties to the left of the villa.

The nearest petrol stations are a 7-eleven and a Spar on S. Poinciana Boulevard as you head up towards the 192 area, just after the railroad crossing. Please note that they often require pre-payment for fuel before you pump.

Looking for somewhere to eat out? Everyone has different tastes, and the 192 provides a huge selection of restaurants and take aways for your enjoyment. On the corner of N. Poinciana Boulevard is a Perkins restaurant, while the cheap and cheerful (and extremely filling) menu choices of Denny's are a couple of blocks on the 192 towards Disney. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, fishing, walking, horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
