A beautifully appointed fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury family villa consisting of 2 en-suite Master Suites with 2 further Twin bedded rooms (can be doubles if required) sharing a further bathroom. Oversized Pool & Spa. The patio deck has loungers, dining table and chairs, a full gas BBQ is available on request. For the comfort of all of our guests the villa is a non-smoking property (smoking is permitted around the deck area, please use ashtrays provided). Our villa is close to all the theme parks and just off Highway 27, which makes it a perfect location for all the Disney attractions which are 8 miles away. On site facilities include Basketball, Tennis, Football Pitch and for the smallest of guests are the Tot's Lots Play Parks. For the Golf Lovers there are 50+ Golf Courses available within a 5 - 30 mile radius of the villa. Local Shops and Restaurants can be found within 2 miles. 

Our oversized swimming pool and spa area are not overlooked like most villas. The villa has been built on an oversized lot giving privacy for our guests, unlike most other villas in the community where your neighbours pools are located within 2 feet of yours. The pool & spa are southerly facing giving you the Floridian sun all day long, for those of you who prefer the shade there is a large covered lanai area which houses the loungers and also a dining table and chairs for great alfresco dining.
No villas are located at the back of the property. 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Formal Sitting Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Property is on one level, door widths are suitable for wheelchairs. One bathroom has shower over low bath. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, fishing, walking, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, horse riding, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
